Cocktail Samosa Sliders

INGREDIENTS:
- 8 packet Haldiram's Cocktail Samosas
- 3 slices of American cheese, cut into quarters
- 4 mini slider burger buns
- 4 tbsp coriander chutney and mango chutney (chutneys included in the pack of samosas)
- 4 sprigs coriander, picked
- 2 dollops of Greek yoghurt
METHOD

Cook the samosas as per the packet instructions. As soon as they come out of the oven, squash them down to form patties.

Cut the buns in half. Add cheese (2-3 pieces per bun) to the base. Place in a dry pan over a low heat with a lid to melt the cheese. Alternatively, place in the microwave for 10 seconds.

Dollop relish on one side of the bun and yoghurt on the other side. Add a samosa to a bun and top with fresh coriander. Sandwich together.
