Pakora Chaat

INGREDIENTS:
- 12 pieces of Haldiram's Spinach Pakora
- ¾ cup Greek-style yoghurt
- Mint chutney, to serve
- Tamarind chutney, to serve
- ½ tsp cumin powder
- ½ tsp red chilli powder
- ½ Spanish onion, finely chopped
- 2 sprigs coriander, leaves picked and chopped
- Haldiram's Aloo Bhujia, to garnish
- Pomegranate molasses, to garnish
METHOD

Cook the pakoras as per packet instructions.

Arrange the warm pakoras on a platter. Drizzle over the yoghurt, mint chutney, tamarind chutney, cumin and chilli powder. Add the chopped onions and coriander leaves. Drizzle over some pomegranate molasses.
