Punjabi Samosa Wraps

INGREDIENTS:
- 6 Haldiram's Punjabi Samosas
- 2 Haldiram's Phulka Roti
Salad
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 Lebanese cucumber, diced
- 1 punnet of mixed colour cherry tomatoes, chopped
- ½ red onion, finely sliced
- 3 small sprigs of parsley, leaves picked
- ¼ tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper
To Serve
- 2-3 tbsp plain yoghurt
- Mango chutney (chutney included in the pack of samosas)
- Mint chutney (chutney included in the pack of samosas)
METHOD

Preheat the oven to 175°C. Bake the samosas for 16-18 minutes or until golden brown.

For the salad, place the cabbage, cucumber, tomato, onion, parsley, garam masala, vinegar, salt and pepper into a bowl and toss.

Toast roti on each side in a pan over a medium heat.

Spread chutney onto each roti. Place 3 samosas on top of the chutney and add the salad. Fold in half.

Place on plates and garnish with a dollop of yoghurt and extra chutney.
